Founder Bio
James Height Jr. brings public scholarship through Morehouse, HBCUI/National Park Service work, and international media documentation through NHK and UN-facing engagement. He sets LILMOD's strategic direction, integrates curriculum, diplomacy, strategic communications, and cultural infrastructure, and leads partner-facing institutional growth.

International Strategy & Diplomatic Affairs
Jahrik Browner connected LILMOD to PEAC Institute peacebuilding work and has supported Gullah-Geechee field research across community settings. He is responsible for international relationship-building, diplomacy systems, coalition development, cross-cultural engagement, and global partnership pathways.
Editorial Leadership
Kyler Henderson brings editorial leadership and cultural interpretation capacity to LILMOD's newsroom work. He is responsible for publication standards, documentary storytelling, contributor coordination, editorial planning, and long-term narrative consistency.
Public Affairs & Governance Reporting
Solomon Height brings governance attention and civic systems interpretation to LILMOD's media work. He is responsible for institutional context, public accountability research, and governance reporting.
Gullah-Geechee & Diasporic Affairs Reporting
Clarence Sanders brings newsroom and media-systems experience together with Gullah-Geechee and diasporic cultural focus. He is responsible for cultural preservation reporting, Black cultural continuity coverage, diasporic analysis, and community-centered narrative infrastructure.
Cultural Memory
Tendaji Bailey brings respected Gullah-Geechee historical knowledge and community strategy experience to LILMOD's cultural work. He advises cultural memory, historical consciousness, community relationships, and the integrity of heritage-centered programming.

Calvin Anderson Jr. contributes a human-development lens and leadership systems focus to LILMOD's training model. He is responsible for participant readiness, resilience mapping, ethical leadership development, wellness integration, and assessment infrastructure.

Zachary Heneden brings capital strategy and communications alignment to LILMOD's growth work. He is responsible for sponsorship development, partnership expansion, revenue infrastructure, and the messaging systems that support long-term organizational scale.
