The organization is structured to deliver youth leadership programming, civic education, institutional consulting, cultural heritage engagement, and public education services through partnerships, contracts, and sponsored initiatives.
Each listed member is part of LILMOD's inaugural leadership team, helping establish the organization's early curriculum, outreach, development, sales, cultural memory, media, and institutional readiness infrastructure.
Strategic decisions are made by the founder in consultation with the leadership team. Program design, partnership decisions, and institutional engagements are guided by alignment with LILMOD's mission, values, and capacity.
LILMOD Strategies draws on a network of advisors, collaborators, and institutional partners across education, civic learning, cultural heritage, diplomacy, and community engagement. As the organization grows, LILMOD intends to formalize an advisory board to support governance, accountability, and strategic direction.
